What's your hidden gem. Tell us the song that you would recommend that we download now! Like an old slam book tell us what you think. Good or bad, maybe why!

'Rain' is from Ian Hunter's 1981 solo album entitled Short Back 'n' Sides. Mick Jones of The Clash plays guitar on the album. I just checked on Amazon, and prices begin at $59.99.
I didn't check with ebay. But, apparently you can listen to samples of the songs from the album at Amazon, to see if it is to your liking.

Here's one you ought to be able to pick up on iTunes or Rhapsody: "No Smoke Without Fire" by James Hunter. For those of us who love perfect R&B with a tight horn section.
You will not believe that this record was made by a white Englishman and released last year.

Uncle. 150 Clash songs on iTunes, no "Movers and Shakers"! I'm bummed! Holly "People Gonna talk" that's the song I am familiar with regarding James Hunter, it annoyed the hell out of me. But you are right about a "white englishman" who would have known. "No Smoke Without Fire" very good song if you are into R & B. Smooth and slick. Nice Saxs!
Here is a song I highly recommend a real hidden gem! "One Hell of a Life" Katell Keineg Jet

I bought it on Amazon. That song is on 'Cut The Crap', the last Clash album, released in 1985, I think. Mick Jones had left the band.
Not their best album, but it has some great cuts on it.
I think it must've recently come out on CD, because I have been looking for it for years.
