I was in the process of booking seats 11 rows from the stage via Tixmaster and the guy cut me off, lost the connection, whatever. After getting so -so seats online I called customer service, after a wait of about 40 mins, finally got to speak to a guy that got me 2nd row lft ctr mezzanine. OK seats, not what I was looking for though. I was on the phone prior to 12:00 noon and online at the same time, tix were flying away too fast. I have no idea how all those tix got sold so quickly. How do you guys always manage to get on the floor? I'd really love to know your secret. Hope others had better luck than me. The tickets I bought for Boston were row "J" and that is when I loggedinto the site as soon as the link was live. SO THE TICKETS were already GONE (to the brokers) by the time the site was live -- I have NO DOUBT! I managed to get into row QQ by buying 2 singles.

Spending some time in north London to get the machine known as Ray Davies Band oiled up and ready for battle again. It took one and a half day, but suddenly I felt something happening in the room when playing one of the brand new songs.
I've got a very good feeling about this.
Soon the space shuttle will be launched, and then it's just to try to keep the bearings, trust your captain and don't spit windward...

I really liked Ray's band when I saw them. Very very talented group. I was kind of sad when Ray said in a recent interview that he didn't like the way the songs were working out with this crew and that's why he went to Nashville. Oh well....Ray's pretty particular...I wish I could be there to see how it all works out. You all must post every minute of your experiences during this tour so the rest of us can live vicariously.

As if I weren't excited enough! Gunnar sounds as happy as we are! I implicitly trust the captain (call me crazy) and well, Floozies don't (usually) spit. Now you Crows?? ;D cg, I know how you feel. Postings & pix from my Kinkster friends here have helped me survive MANY a missed show. Hey! Gunnar doesn't mention back-up singers! FLOOZIES!!!!!There's still hope!

Perth will do just fine, i hope...
Just arrived to Perth, Australia after houers and houers of travelling. Trip wasn’t that bad, thou. A few minor hickups wich could be sorted in a smooth way by the tour management. I almost forgot my laptop in Singapore when putting off my head for a few seconds, but woke up from my mind-timeout just in time to save it.
The first people I met at Landvetter when starting my travel 48 houers ago, was actually my mates in Gothenburg Band Soundtrack Of Our Lives on their way to Austin, Texas. I wouldn’t have minded going there, Austin beeing my favourite spot in the US besides NYC.
But Perth will do just fine, i hope...
