Great buy, Colb! Love Atomic Rooster. Their album "Death Walks Behind You" is a coherent and strong record from start to finish, easily one of their best!

The Idle Race - Back To The Story. Every song from Jeff Lynne's underrated Pre ELO band. Great stuff.

Love King Crimson, great choice. My latest is a 5 CD set of The Incredible String Band and having not heard anything by them before I bought it on a whim and I have to say I am not impressed, it just sounds very strange to me and the singing is like someone having a joke at the listeners expense, will persevere but I don't think I will get into it

Hm. Maybe listening to their 1968's excellent album "The Hangman's Beautiful Daughter" might change your mind? It's a coherent and impressive record from start to finish.

Great choice Martin, I am a very big John Lennon fan and will be getting a copy as soon as possible.
My latest is : Abracadabra - Judee Sill - The Asylum years.
In case you haven't heard of her, she is hardly a household name, here is one of her best songs, although there are many.

She died at 35 from a drug overdose, didn't have a very happy life but what a voice and what great songs.
Just ordered the deluxe edition of Jethro Tull's "A", not my fav Tull album but I have the whole set of their deluxe set's so I have to buy it, well I have every one apart from "Songs From The Wood" which is ridiculously expensive and outside my price range sadly.
I do wish Genesis would take the hint and do deluxe versions of their Peter Gabriel era albums, that would be wonderful.

Same here. "A" was originally conceived as a Ian Anderson solo album but then released as a group album. Jethro Tull set STANDARDS as far as reissues are concerned. Genesis deluxe versions of their Peter Gabriel era is a great idea. They would certainly sell extremely well as the band is still marketable! Time will tell.
