Smiley, some people on the kinks and Ray Facebook pages were asking about a Chicago pre show kps fan gathering, have you made any plans yet for that?

Since the show is an Sro ( standing room only gig) I didn't feel that it would be appropriate to do a pre- show gathering this Time around. The neighborhood is also none to great. I feel if anything maybe an after party is in order. The problem is that many folks are not familar with the area and there is not a close pub/gathering place anywhere nearby.  I will continue to look into an appropriate place closer tthe venue. Some folks may remember the old shows there and at the Arogon and Uptown theaters back in the 70's. It's the same hood and same "L" stop. (Lawrence on the RED line) |

If I find a good place I will post it to the KPS for approval
and we can post it on the other web sites. Due to my
health issues I'm not sure I will be able to attend
myself after such a long day of standing.

Thanks for the Kudos! I was actually quite far away this time sitting on the side.
With my health not being what it should be lately I opted to not stand at the front of the stage
and get hammered in the back all night long. Trust me, I truly miss being in front, singing along
with my pals, but first things first. I did manage to get a few nice shots with my lens fully extended.
Video to come –– It has to be converted.
I want to say thank you to all the great fans I met at the show, before and after. And for all your love and support you've shown to me throughout my illness. It's been a long, hard road and I'm getting better.
To Neon Sign, I'm sorry you're so bitter towards me.

What makes you think that I'm bitter towards you and why would I be? I hardly know you and we've hardly ever spoken more than a few words the two times I met you.
