I saw Jim Rodford with the ZOMBIES today at Summerfest in Milwaukee. They knocked my socks off. I'll post the killer set list later, that included Argent's Hold your Head Up. They have just recorded a new cd with brand new songs that really impressed me. Too bad though I didn't make it to the merch booth before they were all sold out I was too busy waiting to see the man of the hour JIM! He's still a sweetheart and his son is amazing on the skins. Thanks again Jim for the photo. I gave him my extra God Save Ray Davies pin thanks to Frank! ;D He loved it! PS.. I have a few low-grade videos from my fone to post and one piccie. (let's see how that works out)

The video quality is horrid, taken with my fone, but you can hear just how "SPOT ON" they STILL ARE!!!! Jim is the the middle of that pixel mess. What a thrill to see this set! Set List (please edit me, if you know the real names, that I'm sure I've goofed!!!) The set included several NEW songs, which were VERY good! I Love Her Tell Her No Carousel Rose for Emily Our Time (year?) to Come Beachwood Park I Want Her Time of the Season Abused I Do Believe Any Other Way (NEW) Hold Your Head Up (Argent) Say you Mind (Written by Denny Lane of Wings) Miracles Indication She's Not There

Is that a brand-new CD they've put out or the one they released a couple years ago? I have the other one, it's excellent. I love the Zombies mucho.

It was Jim who was the bass player when I saw The Kinks in Edinburgh, and he was kind enough to give me his autograph - what a gent.

As much as I loved and adored the work of Pete Quaife, John Dalton and Andy Pyle, I always enjoyed how animated Jim Rodford was on stage - the dude always had a smile on his face!

I think They said it was BRAND new or they're recording new stuff. They also said they were recording THIS show for something to be released later. ;D Think I'll check out the website, cause I want a copy of it!

I recently viewed a Zombies DVD, with Jim, Rod Argent, and Colin Blunstone. It was excellent, and a recent release, that I purchased on Amazon.
