I found Maryann Price, who sang lead on some Kinks songs in the 1970s, alive and well in Austin, Texas still singing!

I seem to recall that Maryann even sang with the Kast-Off Kinks somewhere in the past couple of years. Everyone seemed to like her so much. In fact, the Kinks met her when Dan Hicks was their opening act, and asked her to sing with them because she fit in so well with them. Great voice, too!
