Just picked up a used copy of Low Budget and went to read the liner notes only to find that the inside of the booklet was the liner notes from Word of Mouth. Anyone else run across this error? Its 013518-2 . How unusual is this?

Just picked up a used copy of Low Budget and went to read the liner notes only to find that the inside of the booklet was the liner notes from Word of Mouth. Anyone else run across this error? Its 013518-2 . How unusual is this? I've had some strange things happen like ordering a new sealed cd and finding there was no cd inside, but I haven't run across this fastsofa! If I understand correctly, the front cover was the Low Budget cover but it had Word of Mouth liner notes inside? Very strange and not normal! I hope you can return it to the store or online vendor that you purchased it from! By the way, welcome to the forum !

Thanks for the welcome and the reply. You got it right... Low budget cover and Word of mouth innards. Strange indeed. Anyone want to bid on a true rarity?

if there is one printed like that, I'm sure there are many more. working in advg. I know that a minimum print run, for something like, that is prolly 250k. I'm sure lots of folks don't bother to look at the liner notes. when Low Budget first came out, there was nothing inside the album cover, except the record, which came in a plain White sleeve. On the back cover of the album, the song titles were not even printed!! Low Budget indeed!!!!! cool find though. I'd hold onto it if I were u. it may fetch a price in the future. welcome again to Kinkdom.

That's pretty funny. Back in the vinyl days, once or twice I bought an album that had a different label pasted on the record. One of my favorite albums, the soundtrack to O Lucky Man!, I didn't notice for 25 years that the label on Side 1 was for some Doobie Brothers album. Oh, well, it was the 70s, we were all a little spaced out.......
