Here's our new "kids". They are brother and sister Norwegian Forest Cats. Lefty says "LOVE THE KITTIES -- THEY'RE SOOOooOOOooOOOo CUTE" ;D

so great to find other pet owners here. cute pictures of the cat and the dog. i am a multipet owner myself - cats, ferrets, gerbils, hamsters, fancy mice, degus, fancy rats, fish and one leopard gecko. whew! no wonder i love the song Animal Farm sooooooo much. if i had more room i'd have those goats! i'm actually receiving two fancy rats this week which i've decided i'll be naming Rosemary Rose and Victoria in honour of the band.

Wow, what a menagerie! It sounds as if you have even more pets than Tom and Mia. Post some pictures when you get a chance.

it'll be easier to just post a link to my album as there would be too many photos to post here. visit them at: rodentparadise.myphotoalbum.com on a rainy day. my cats and ferrets are not included in the album - i just haven't taken the time to post their photos yet, but i will eventually.

Love to see some pics amy. Any pet lover is a friend of mine. Here's our australian sheperd Cooper getting to know Gracie. I think she likes him. He's 1 and 1/2 yrs. now. Still a wild child though...

as a post note to that, the reason i have so many pets is i work with animals. i also offer my home as a rescue/shelter for abandoned rodents, thus all the wee ones.

Gotta love that Cooper!
Jennifer, I can't believe you named your degus Pink and Floyd! What a riot. I didn't know what a degu was but they look adorable.

lol. the first thing people say to me when they hear i have degus is "what the heck is a day-goo?" because degus are very new to the domestic pet scene. i would compare them the equivalent of a large gerbil in both appearance and behaviour. they're a little larger than the size of a grown man's fist.

those are such nice photos! thanks for posting them. i love how the little field mouse visited your tripod. p.s. you take the most wonderful shots! i've been attempting nature photography the past few years, but none of my photos are anywhere near as professional looking as yours. i'd love it if you gave me some tips on how you do it. what kind of camera do you use? your photographs are so sharp and rich. do you have an online gallery? i'd love to see it. my nature shots are here: clearblogs.com/plantlife and clearblogs.com/wildyard.
