Wonderful pics! (of both Kinksters and Ray) Sounds like you all had a fab time!! I didn't get a picture and didn't want an autograph, but I did get to shake the hand that has penned so many wonderful tunes! As a matter of fact there was a pen (Sharpie) in Ray's hand when I shook it!!

The Chicago show last night was another brilliant high energy performance by Ray and band however of the 3 so far I still think SF the best also best audience energy level, and LA 2nd best...so Philly, Boston and NY fans really have their work cut out for them...!
On the other hand the pre show party that the lovely Sharon Ilses Put together was a huge success and a great time was had by all. One of the best( and largest turn out ) pre show get tog ethers I have seen. A good time was had by all and a giant Sunny Afternoon sing-a-long took place. It was great to meet some of the nicest and most intelligent rock and roll fans in the world, and alot of old and new friends from the kps digest and the Ray and KinKs web pages.
btw...I got Ray to do the piece of Harry Rag last night, and I think I got a mention in Where Have all the Good times gone. ( or so I was told )
As for the merchandising of Ray items. I did get on his case about that, telling him how much money hie was missing out on. He told me that they didn't have enough time to get tshirts printed up for this tour. I was giving out the buttons and bumperstickers at all the shows and will continue to do so in Philly, Boston, and NY...
On to Philly Saturday...( keep doing your daily exercises and get in Shape, it's West Coast 2, MidWest 1, and the reigning East Coast Champions coming up to bat !

We are gearing up for the challenge, Frank. I have a bag of paper plates and glitter ready, got my head ready to balance a beer bottle...and I have rehearsed all the choruses to every song on the set list in perfect pitch!
I know that Rose and NancyB have been practising their harmonies as well...

Ray needs his floozies. It's a cold and lonely world without floozies.
