Robin: Holy drama in Kinkdom Batman!. Batman: Yes Robin, it's a sad day for all Kinks fans. Seems like a villain has upset some of the members by secretly smiting them. Feelings have been hurt and it looks like the friction between the Gray and Red boards is on the verge of becoming irrepairable. Robin: What can we DO Batman? Batman: Well Robin, .... there is a man who goes by the name of Dr. Ka-Blamo. He was recently smited over 70 times on the red board and brushed it off like an old pro. His ability to laugh in the face of adversity is legendary. Robin: That's GREAT Batman. We need to find out his secret and pass it on to the members in Kinkdom! Batman: Exactly Robin! We can find Dr. Ka-Blamo in the Gray area of the Sherwood Forest in England. Apparently he finds wisdom from Trees. Robin: Trees?? Batman: Yes Robin, Trees. The locals say that he communes with them and they give him a great sense of humor and ability to not take things too seriously. The only side effect from the trees is a serious addiction to emoticons. Robin: Emoti what?? Batman: Some other time Robin. Right now we have work to do. To find him we will have to enter the forest and listen for the music of Rory Gallagher. This will lead us directly to the lair of Dr. Ka-Blamo. The peace and Harmony in Kinkdom depends on us Robin. There isn't a moment to lose! TO THE BATMOBILE!! Robin: RIGHT, BATMAN! On the way to England the boys run into a little trouble.... Cheezy faux serious announcer man: Can our heroes save Kinkdom before it's too late!?
Could it be a trap!?
Will the dynamic Duo be smited themselves!?............
Tune in next week to see if Kinkdom can be saved..........
Same Bat Time ........
Same Bat Channel........

It's a good thing that Shark Repellant Bat Spray was handy. I'd hate to think what could have happened.

"We can find Dr. Ka-Blamo in the Gray area of the Sherwood Forest in England. Apparently he finds wisdom from Trees." HOLY TIME-MACHINE! Apparently, the arch-villain "SECRET SMITER" has cast an evil spell on the Dynamic Duo & Dr. Ka-Blamo thrusting our beloved heroes 50 years into the future and (influenced, no doubt, by the diabolical genius of RAY DAVIES and his song, LONDON) casting the head of the magnificent Dr. Ka-Blamo into a bronze likeness of ...is that William Shakespeare??? Could the Sheriff of Nottingham be our man? What if we can't see the Forest for the Trees?? Will Batman & Robin save Kinkdom ..... TUNE IN THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW! SAME BAT TIME! SAME BAT CHANNEL!

[glow=red,2,300]He is believed to be hiding out in a small humble treehouse[/glow] (This was mainly an excuse to post this picture. It takes my breath away that people can paint like this, and just pluck it out of the air, with nothing to look at. And its 'just' concept art! Not going to be an eventual part of the film or anything.....)

Yes, I was a fan. I had a cool, diecast model Batmobile that fired missiles. The Batman theme music used to get me all worked up. However, more importantly, Commissioner Gordon is on the phone. Holy ringtone!! What should I say?

My younger sister forced us all to watch every week (those were the 'one TV per family' days). She got ADAM WEST & BURT WARD....I got Mickey & Davy & THE MONKEES (and those YARDLEY commercials !!) ;D A local young guy, one of the first '80's Trump-style entrepreneurs owned the Batmobile, at least for awhile! Here's a KOOL site summarizing cross-references in BOTH shows! monkeestv.tripod.com/BatMonkee/

Wonderful, Tom. I had forgotten that Blamo was smited 70 times. I do remember him finding it funny. I feel much better now that we have Batman and the Boy Wonder on the case. (By Boy Wonder, I mean Robin, not Blamo - but I think he could qualify. ;D)
