As long as you eat well most days, you can always have some garbage food in-between. It's actually NOT that bad for you. ;D Tonight: Teriyaki Pork Chops, Mac & Cheese, Baked Beans & Baby Carrots. Well I haven't been too healthy recently I've been too tired/ill to cook most days Tonight it was a takeaway pizza Hopefully going grocery shopping tommorow so I'll get some meat and vegetables and make a proper meal!

That's OK, do what you can. Takeaway can be good too, just not too much McDonalds, that will certainly make you ill! There are some good frozen meals on the market too. Most grocery stores have fresh food that's already cooked but can be a bit pricey. Praying you stay healthy Sleepwalker for your big trip to the Big Black Smoke in LOLA!!! ;D

Thanks Smiley! She's got another London trip this Friday - off to see Donovan at the Royal Albert Hall Yes, our supermarket does ready-cooked fresh food but as you say - its not cheap I can cook and do try and make stews with plenty of veg and pasta dishes but sometimes I'm just too tired or ill to feel like making much of an effort Tonight it was a ready meal Plan to make sheperds pie on Thursday though

sheperds pie.. do you like it? NO, I hate it! LOL! I actually like it and so does my family with the exception of my daughter. Minced Lamb makes her (thumbs way down). Good Stuff: My birthday dinner consisted of; Homemade Fried Chicken, Whipped Red Mashed Potatoes and Baked Beans. Yummie. Brownies for dessert.

Sounds delish!!!
Tonight I got home late from a 2-day drive to collect my daughter from soccer camp -- too tired when I got home to cook a full meal. Luckily we had some frozen Thai dumplings in the freezer to cook up in a flash. Thank goodness I stocked up at Trader Joe's!

Are you kidding, MY family would burn my kitchen down!!! LOL. Ok, I'm exaggerating but it's best I leave Lefty to the outdoor BBQ. Yes, they washed up, I helped him wipe. One of my all time favourite (puddings) is Custard pie with sprinkled nutmeg on top. I could eat a whole one. I love minced meat pies as well but I think you already knew that!!! I know HH is a big fan too.

I'm glad they at least helped to clean up! I wouldn't want to think that 'all the dirty dishes are still in the kitchen sink!' I love BBQ's! My dad used to do them I hope I get invited to one this summer!
