My Google Alerts for Johnny Cash told me that;
1) American VI is due for release in October
2) A new 90 minute documentary - The Gospel Music of Johnny Cash: A Story of Faith and Redemption - is due for release in September

this should make you happy mr black...I heard "I am what I am 'cause I ain't what I used to be by the Highwway Men on the Sirius Outlaw Country station a little while ago...great song !!! There's some really great footage of them in the studio making 'The Road Goes On Forever', the album which that song's from.
The entire footage is definitely worth checking out but there's a short taster from the Electronic Press Kit available to watch online here which includes a clip of them recording that song.
At that point, they had 135 years on the road between the four of them - wow!
'The Road Goes On Forever And The Party Never Ends'

The Highway Men were country rocks version of the Traveling Wilburies, I think some of the members of each band could have been traded back and forth and the different combinations could have produced some really interesting results!
