How interesting - 3 of the 5 answers about the song giving hope were off the Misfits LP - Out of the Wardrobe, Permanent Waves and Get Up.
I barely spent time my room in my teen years - too busy hanging out or working after school. What time I did spend in my room (besides sleeping) was listening to my stereo though headphones. My walls were bare, except for a coat of sky blue paint. I lived in a Cape Cod too, Ms. Smiles - it was a "long" cape so my attic BR was one long room - which made partaking in herbal enjoyment easier because of the cross-ventilation when the front and rear windows were open.
Which social strata did you belong to in HS? (e.g. - the musicians; the stoned-out freaks; the jocks; the brains; the nerds, etc)

Tough one. I was once was asked to compile a top 10 list and managed to pare it down to 100. It's a tie: "A Clockwork Orange" and "Monsieur Hire."

A Hard Day's Night. It combines my love of gritty B&W British cinema with my love of Paul McCartney. ;D

"A Clockwork Orange" is my al-time fave, but "American Beauty" and "Magnolia" are also flicks I never avoid when the opportunity to watch them arises.
New Q - Is there a movie you didn't like the first time you saw it, but has since become a personal fave?
