I've only heard the CD twice so far. I'm still getting into it and am sure it will keep growing on me. But I wish the booklet was more readable -- the tiny font size and light type on dark background make it very tough going. And I wish someone had proofread the text and corrected all the distracting errors!

Thank you for the info, Gary. Dave's "The Aschere Project" is a grower, you're absolutely right.

I believe that Dave is doing most of this stuff on his own so maybe the errors are not being proofread by a prof. firm to keep costs down. I'm sure Ms. HH could lend a hand!

I don't think any CD booklets are proofread -- I'd sure like the job! The Velvel booklets have a fair amount of typos, and the Working Man's Café booklet had so many it made me wince. I don't want to hijack this thread, so I'll shut up about this now.

I listened to it again, and the music was just beautiful. I had difficulty hearing the voices. Was it the recording or these old ears that have been subjected to years of loud rock music? I heard Dave sing "Im in two worlds the dream world and the physical world."
I really loved the music, it is quite beautiful. And Im getting into the phillosophy part of it. As you said martin, its a grower, and I will listen to it again because I know theres still more to it that I have so far missed, that I can learn. Its very beautiful, and deep. Ive always felt Dave was a great and deep talent, and this really proves it.

I completely agree, Uncleson!
Far Two Worlds, Love Will Change and I'll Get By are outstanding songs, and so is the whole album.
Dave Davies' "The Aschere Project" should be owned by a lot of people.
