Glad someone heard it !!! The KINKS BLOCK ON Q104.3 in NYC today that Andrea got played at 12:15 PM, and also got to introduce herself on the air were these 4 songs, Sunny Afternoon, All Day and All of the Night, Low Budget, & Catch Me Now I'm Falling..they also mentioned my name at the end of the Block too. I think the songs that didn't get played that we had listed were Juke Box Music, Do It Again, and Rock & Roll Fantasy. We didn't list any unusual songs because they have a very strict play list and if anything out of the normal range of songs that they play were listed it never would have got on the air at all...believe me songs like Shangri-La, This Time Tomorrow, Dead end Street, I'm Not Like Everybody Else, Money Talks, State of Confusion, Phobia, To the Bone. Strangers, Dear Margaret, Close to the Wire, just to name but a few would have been on the list if we thought there was even a chance in hell they would have played any of those. Commercial Rock & Roll radio is dead that's why I listen to Sirius satellite radio as much as possible where it is possible to hear anything.
FranK fighting for truth, justice and the Preservation of KinKdom and Rock & Roll...We Want the Airwaves if Rock & Roll is to stay alive as Joey and The RAMONES put it in one of my favorite songs from them.

Listening to the "three at three" on Q104.3FM on Friday 7/20
The "three at three" are three songs played at 3PM that have a link and the first caller to find that link win a prize - yesterday, it was tix to see Squeeze at the Beacon Theatre.
The three songs were:
YRGM - Van Halen WHATGTG - Van Halen Stop Your Sobbing - Pretenders
The first caller said "Van Halen's reforming" -- WRONG! The second caller - Kinks songs covered by others --- CORRECT!
The DJ then thanked 3 people (unrelated to one another) who wrote in that suggestion --- and one was FRANK LIMA!

Like Blamo said Crows are everywhere Here's what happened; Friday afternoon at 3PM on Q104.3 FM in NYC they did my 3 at 3 where they play 3 songs that are tied together in some way...could be theme, lyrics, current news topic, musically, anything anyway this will be easy for anyone here but for the general public it took a few guesses before someone got it... Here's the 3 songs that got played; Van Halen - You Really Got Me Van Halen - Where Have all the Good Times Gone and The Pretenders " Stop Your Sobbing " The guy who won got front row tickets to see Squeeze in NYC... It got Ray and the Kinks mentioned on the radio and me too! I also suggested "Dandy" as one of the other possible songs to play so they didn't have to play 2 by Van Halen but I don't think Herman's Hermit's quite fit their programming profile! FranK Supporting and Spreading KinKdom one day and one song at a time...
