Hello, I produce a weekly music podcast called All Time Top Ten. Each week, myself and a guest pick a topic and then count down our top ten songs based on that topic. This past week, we talked exclusively about The Kinks and counted down our favorite Kinks tracks. Take a listen to the podcast here: alltimetopten.podomatic.com/entry/2013-04-19T09_54_35-07_00Thanks, Ben All Time Top Ten Podcast alltimetopten.podomatic.com/PS, What are your personal top ten Kinks songs?

There are times when I'm pretty convinced that "Waterloo Sunset" is the most perfect song ever written, anywhere, by anyone. Like usually when I put it on and listen to it.

Hofner is very good at analyzing these songs. I wish he would analyze Waterloo Sunset for us. He studied under Ray Davies, taking his songwriting class.

That's only 7 I said those songs are usually on the list. And isn't that true of the list I just posted on the other thread? (Well, I'd left off Waterloo Sunset this time, but only because it needs no introduction.)
