Have you seen the Bootleg Beatles before Micheal? I've seen their shows advertised before. Have fun seeing Ray! Which show/s will you be getting tickets for?

No i have not sleepwalker ive heard rave reviews about them though! They were promoting they're tour last year on TalkSport & they played you really got a hold on me live absolutely fantastic Got tickets for the show in Glasgow October time cant wait! Three people in the world of music have had made a big impression on me John Lennon Brian Jones & Ray Davies. i'll never get to see John & Brian live so the fact i can get to see Ray is pretty surreal.

Micheal, out of interest I checked out the Bootleg Beatles tour and I see they are actually playing at some of the same venues as Ray is in October. Perhaps I should check them out sometime, I see they are playing at a venue near me next year (York, which is about 45mins away from me.) Yes, we are very lucky to be able to see Ray, I plan to see him as much as I can in the coming years (finances permitting!) as who knows how longer he'll be doing this for? I sometimes forget that he's nearing 70... mind you, he doesn't seem to be showing any signs that he'll be giving up touring any time soon! Have you seen Ray before Micheal?

How exciting that this is your first Ray show Micheal!! I'm sure it'll be the first of many! I'm seeing Ray tommorow at the Hop Farm Festival and that will be my 6th time seeing him, and I have tickets for 4 shows in October. But I believe many members here have seen him dozens and dozens of times! The Hollies played in Harrogate a couple of years ago which is only 25 minutes from me, I sometimes wish I'd gone to that show...

I might have accidentally on purpose booked tickets for Ray's Nottingham show last night - that really will have to be it now (mind you, I said that after I bought the last lot! )
