Great, Holly, I'm pleased to know that. I "discovered" John Hiatt when his album "Perfectly Good Guitar" came out in 1993. Then I checked his back-catalogue and from then on, I visited any concert that I could go to. The last time I did see him live was a couple of months ago when he performed together with Lyle Lovett. What a show!

Oh, he and Lyle are great together! I saw them a couple of years ago, along with Guy Clark and Joe Ely, in an all-acoustic show. Fantastic.
I have tickets to see John again here in NYC in September. I can't wait! I grew up in Indianapolis, just a couple streets away from John, and I knew him as a kid. I tell you, NOBODY would have pegged him for a future rock star!
