LAST night it was 2 slices of my favorite pizza in the world...from Elmont Long Island, King Umberto's on the corner of Meechum Ave and Hempstead, Tpke the place that invented the the thin slice Grandma's pizza and nobody can touch theirs...and I mean nobody and I have tried all the best rated ones in brooklyn, NYC and other places...the one I had tonight had brochlli-rabe, garlic and hot cherry peppers on it and I washed it down with a Trappist Orval Beer... Uncle ever try an Orval?
