I'm always reminded of D'Artagnon of the 3 musketeers when I see pics of the IM. ;D

Hey, did you guys notice my new gray highlights? I had my hairdresser put them in so I would look distinguished. I wasn't gonna say anything, but I never have any photos of my whole family together, but here's one my kids on our holiday vacation in Hawaii: (See what I mean about surly? )

That was a hoot. We paid all that money for blue tropical skies, not days of chilly rain, dammit! And then we dragged the kids up to the rainforest end of the island (figuring, hey, it's raining, why not see a rainforest) and promised them there'd be this amazing statue to see. I think they were figuring it would be like those gigantic Paul Bunyan statues in Minnesota. But no, this was just a life-sized King Kamehameha. Granted, he was tall, but not exactly an NBA player, plus they put that dorky lei around his neck. What a letdown!

Ooooh, giant Paul Bunyans! There's one in Michigan, too. My personal favorite is the Giant Snowshoe Priest, found in the Copper Country.

That pic is hilarious H2. How bout we get all the kids together and have a surly party. When alex gets surly I think of the song Going Solo and the line "Ungrateful youth". ;D But then I just laugh and try to remember way back when a young TomT tormented his own mother with unbridled surliness.
