Well done, Uncleson and Sleepwalker! Uncleson, you're up! I apologize for making the mistake of asking another ? before you authorized uncleson's answer to the first/your question. At the time, I wasn't sure what the parameters of the thread were; but I see that I should have assumed or gotten that it was like the Alternative Title thread! Please don't worry about it John! We're all friends here so I'm sure no one is cross at you - I'm certainly not! I wasn't to sure about the rules at first, but hopefully we all know what we're doing now I believe I'm up so I'll ask the next question - What year did Ray and Rasa seperate?

Thanks Martin! What Kinks single stalled at number 36 in the UK charts in 1968, becoming the band's first single not to make the UK Top Twenty since their early covers?

What was Mick Avory's job at the time of his audition for The Kinks?

You're referring to the daily job Mick had, right?
Before auditioning for The Kinks Mick was in an early incarantion of The Rollin' Stones - I don't think that's what you're driving at?

Yes the daily job, just an hourly wages type of job. I saw Mick discuss it in an interview once and read it in THE KINKs by Marten and Hudson, I believe.
Not his early incarnation with the Rollin' Stones.
