Bill Nighy's appearance was a nice surprise! No movie with Bill Nighy AND Timothy Dalton in it could fail to entertain.

I'll have to see that, what a great combination.
Tom, if you haven't seen it already, you would also enjoy Bob Dylan in Don't Look Back.

I need to rent that one... Today we dug out an old home video from Christmas 1988. This was just before I got married and I'm telling everyone that we want 5 children.....

"The Wild Parrots Of Telegraph Hill," a documentary about a man who, over the course of months, earns the trust of the parrots and is able to hand feed them and observe the behavior of specific birds. Fascinating.

You predicted RIGHT Holly.... The movie was EXCELLANT.. I found it quite insightful. Lady Di is one of my favorites. I still don't understand why I am still very sad about her death. Its's kinda wierd how you identify with people you don't know.

I saw "Vacancy" last night. A good suspense/thriller. Some of the concepts are pretty disturbing, though.

Watched "The Departed" a wee while ago. I thought it was a bit long but otherwise very good and suspensful .

Watched Wolf Creek last night. Usually the horror genre doesnt interest me much unless it's well done. Well this one is truly frightening. Set in Australia about a psycho who lives in the middle of the desert and cons tourists into getting their car fixed at his place. Then he goes Ed Gein on them.... Yikes. sounds cool i really like that kind of movie...is it like "the hills have eyes"

No, it has a more realistic feel to it. Very disturbing in fact.
