Sleepwalker, what's your favourite song so far? I am guessing she would say " A Long Way From Home " with Luicinda?

I hope all of Ray's US fans who already bought one of the UK or European imports also buy the US release in March next year to kast a vote for Ray here in the US...give a kopy to a friend who normally would not have bought it...spread some Kinkdom to everyone you know!

A documentary on Ray Davies will be broadcast on BBC One and BBC One HD on Tuesday, 21 December at 10:35pm. From Ray's Facebook page today: "This show was filmed with Ray over the last two months and contains lots of unseen footage around the recording of See My Friends and before. More info to follow soon."

You're welcome, sleepwalker! As far as I'm concerned I would prefer a re-release of Ray's "See My Friends" as a Special Limited Edition with all the unseen footage around the recording of the album and before.

From Ray's Facebook page today: "The Julien Temple directed BBC Imagine special will be broadcast on Dec 21st. It is a 75min special highlighting the new 'See My Friends' album and traces Ray's history from year one to present day. It features some rare unseen archive footage and Alan Yentob interviewing Ray, ex bandmates, family etc. in and around North London. It will not likely be broadcast outside of the UK until after the new year." That sounds interesting!

Hope we'll eventually get to see it over here as well!
I finally got my copy of See My Friends today -- had to order it from France, as it isn't released here yet. (At least I did get the 16-track version!) Haven't had a chance to listen to it yet, though. I will report back when I have had a listen!
