LOL...I kept coming up with lot's of great jazz pianists Nanc....I've been a Todd fan for ages. my brother ran his fan club for a while and was a total fanatic. collected everything that was released, saw all the shows and even named his indie record store Secret Sounds after Todd's old Manhattan studio. btw, Todd will be performing the entire "A Wizard, A True Star" at the Akron, OH Civic Ctr. September 6, if anyone is interested. www.awatslive.com/didn't mean to hijack....carry on....

I saw him when I was 17 for the first time with the Tubes, he was AWESOME. I won free tickets to see him with the cars last year but couldn't go at the last minute cause one of the kids was sick. I just think he is another underrated superstar!!! Thanks for the info! 1. Jerry Lee Lewis 2. Nicky Hopkins 3. Al Kooper 4. John Gosling 5. Steve Nieve
But I really miss not having space for B. Preston, A. Price, W.Zevon (a great pianist who decided not to show it), R. Wright, and all the Blues pianists (Memphis Slim,James Booker,..)

I've never really thought about this, but it's nice to hear keys coming back into style in Rock/Pop. Coldplay, Kean, Ben Folds et al..
Have always loved
KinKyKeys: Nicky/Ray/John & Ian Steve Winwood Richard Wright Ray Manzarek Todd Rundgren
